FMYBL Concussion Protocol:

-FMYBL Coaches do not have medical training, nor are certified in any manner to diagnose a concussion.

-If a concussion is suspected, the coach should remove the player immediately.

-The player's parent or guardian should be notified as soon as possible.

-Each coach should notify the division coordinator when a possible concussion has occurred.

-The player suspected of suffering a concussion can only return after at least 24 hours and with written clearance from a licensed physician before being allowed to return to play.
